1792 Full Proof Single Barrel BHG

This barrel selection is affectionately known as “Chef’s Pick”. Various chefs within Bluegrass Hospitality Group picked a beloved barrel of 1792 Full Proof in a collaborative effort. Black pepper, cinnamon, and spicy rye fill the nose. On the palate sweet smells of cinnamon and honey, balanced with rye spice and and bold flavors of dried herbs, citrus and rye finishing with flavors of caramelized apples, and burnt caramel.
