A wheat whiskey, not bourbon, distilled by Heaven Hill at the Bernheim Distillery. First new style of American straight whiskey introduced since prohibition. Wheat is the primary grain, making a mellow whiskey. Soft and sweet. Named for Isaac Wolfe Bernheim who helped make Louisville big in bourbon.
