Blade & Bow

When the historic Stitzel-Weller Distillery was shut down in 1992, the remaining bourbon barrels were put aside. Those barrels were used to produce Blade & Bow, the only bourbon whiskey aged using a solera system, where the contents of the older barrels are intermingled with newer, younger whiskeys. Blade & Bow has notes of apricots, pears, butterscotch, and winter spices.
