High West Bourye

High West's limited-edition "Bourye," a blend of a nine-year old bourbon with ten- and sixteen-year old rye whiskeys. The nose is rye and light peppercorn, but the palate is full of sweet corn, caramel, and baking spices. Reminds me of a perfect autumn day.
