Named for the founding father of the bourbon industry, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., who was the owner of the Buffalo Trace distillery over one-hundred years ago. Bottled in Bond. The Small Batch has a caramel corn sweetness with a bit of butterscotch and a soft mouth feel. A great sipping whiskey.
