Smooth Ambler Contradiction

A blend of two distinct whiskeys from Smooth Ambler. Contradiction blends 73% of a high-rye bourbon and 27% of a young wheated bourbon to create a unique, and unusual, product. Expect Contradiction to start off with sweet honey and molasses flavors, only to be followed by a blast of cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and oak. Nicely balanced. Non-chill filtered.
