Small batch Blends. Non-age statement Kentucky Bourbon finished with Japanese Mizunara Oak. Always bottled at 100 proof. 64% Corn, 24% Rye, 12% Malted Barley. Originally distilled in Danville, Kentucky and bottled in Sparta, Kentucky. Each blend is unique. Nose: Soft sandalwood and floral incense rise immediately, followed by notes of honeycomb, green tea, toasted coconut, and roasted peanuts. Subtle rye spice hides beneath the elegant wood aromas. Palate: Velvety mouthfeel with an entry of butterscotch and grilled pineapple, moving into black tea, cardamom, and creamy vanilla. Mizunara’s signature sandalwood and white pepper develop mid-palate, balanced by dark cherry and mild toffee. Finish: Long and refined with lingering baking spices, nutmeg, and delicate oak tannins. The toasted Mizunara offers a graceful, dry, and aromatic conclusion.
