George Dickel Old No. 8
The Cascade Hollow Distillery, constructed in 1877, enjoyed success during the late nineteenth century under the leadership of George A. Dickel. After Prohibition closed its doors forever, the brand's new owners revived the Cascade label by building a new distillery in 1958 and honoring its founder. George Dickel Old No. 8 employs the Lincoln County Process to filter its Tennessee whiskey through sugar maple charcoal before barreling it.
