Heaven Hill 19 Year Heritage Colllection

The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 2025 release is a 19-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey that is non-chill filtered and bottled at 100 proof. The liquid consists of 277 barrels from the fifth and sixth floor of rickhouse Y. All barrels were produced in August and September 2005. The mashbill uses 51% Wheat, 37% Corn, and 12% Malted Barley. Color: Polished mahogany. Aroma: Seasoned oak with honey sweetness. Hints of clove and nutmeg. Taste: Cinnamon Graham crackers. Rich and sweet with some aged oak and lots of baking spices, particularly cloves. Finish: Warm, medium length with maple syrup and caramel sweetness. Some tannins at the end and a peppery tingle.
