This barrel was hand picked by the master distillers at Jim Beam. Less than 1% of Jim Beam makes it to single barrel bottles and each is hand bottled and labeled so no two bottles are identical. This bourbon has unique flavors of caramel, chocolate, orange, oak, pepper and peanut with a nice, spicy finish.
