Lagavulin 16

Almost two hundred years old, the Lagavulin distillery shares the Islay coastline with both Laphroaig and Ardbeg. When its signature single malt was included as a Classic Malt in the 1980's, the distillery introduced the 16YR as the entry-level expression. The Lagavulin 16 has notes of peat smoke, sherry, iodine, and oak, as well as a rich, memorable palate.
