Each release is tied to the specific year the bourbon was distilled, making every vintage a fixed moment in the distillery's history. This 2004 vintage was aged for two decades in oak before bottling, and arrives in a hand-cut crystal decanter with collectible presentation packaging. It is one of Buffalo Trace's most prestigious and limited releases, built for collectors and milestone pours. Nose: Dark cherry, aged oak, vanilla bean, dark caramel, dried fruit, and leather. Palate: Toffee, butterscotch, dried cherry, baking spice, tobacco, and well-integrated oak. Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering cinnamon, leather, molasses, and mature oak depth.
