Our first true wild card. We took rich, well-aged Kentucky Rye and finished it in barrels that previously aged locally sourced sourwood honey. The result is a silky, complex pour with notes of vanilla, grilled peaches, soft clove, and—yes—a touch of breakfast nostalgia. Bottled at barrel proof. No added flavoring. Just pure honey-kissed rye goodness.
