This is the first-ever American wheat whisky from the Maker's Mark distillery. Star Hill Farm Whisky aims to capture as much flavor from grain to glass, by honoring the flavor and processes of nature.
The 2025 release marries two mashbills - one using 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other 100% malted soft red winter wheat. By respecting regenerative agriculture practices and careful blending and aging, we amplify the grain's unique flavor.
