Ten Day Bourbon
Ten Day Bourbon pays homage to the physicians and dentists of the Prohibition era. With a signed prescription from a licensed doctor, patients could obtain a pint of whiskey from a pharmacist every Ten Days.
Taste: Light caramel, dried apricot, sweet cherry, mild oak, rye spices; moderately sweet
Finish: The flavors continue and slowly fade, with a bit of white pepper spice growing and lingering; mild dry oak and a hint of char develop later on
