Thomas Handy is going to start off with aromas of dried leather, dark chocolate, and hints of raisins. The palate shines with the spice of the rye with flavors of honey and toffee. The finish shows the proof of this years collections with hints of oak and white pepper. A personal favorite of bartender Kevin Stojakovich.
