This marks the oldest bourbon yet from the Danville distillery, crafted with the same 24% wheat recipe used in their standard single barrel bourbon. The new release also shares the same 100 proof bottled-in-bond designation. As well as the popularized “Sweet Mash”, a process by which no back set is used and fresh mash is used with each individual batch. This creates a unique and truly one of a kind flavor.
