Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Bourbon is a unique straight bourbon whiskey extra-aged on ships that travel around the world. The rocking of the ship keeps the liquid in continuous motion, forcing the bourbon to interact heavily with the wood barrel. Extreme Climate Swings: Crossing the equator multiple times and visiting different continents exposes the barrels to dramatic temperature shifts and high humidity, hyper-aging the whiskey.
