Jim Beam Signature Soft Red Wheat

Jim Beam experiments with nontraditional mashbill recipes in their signature craft harvest series. This particular mash uses Red Wheat and is aged for around 11 years. This wheated bourn has soft baking spice flavors with a building cinnamon spice on the finish. This is Jim Beam thinking outside of the bourbon box, while using their expertise of making quality whiskey.
