Little Book is an ongoing annual release of from Freddie Noe, eighth generation Beam family member and son of current Beam master distiller, Fred Noe. Prominent signature Beam peanut nuttiness, deep dark caramels, brown sugar, rich vanilla, and layered baking spices or oak. Palate: A bold, viscous, and often creamy mouthfeel carrying notes of toasted caramel, toffee, brown butter, sweet oak, and warming rye or cinnamon spice. Finish: Long and robust, balancing lingering sweetness against high-proof spice, barrel char, and dry, tannic oak.
